User Data Deletion

This public page explains how to request deletion or disconnection of personal data processed by Calycks Websites Ltd, including data associated with Rudood. No login is required to read these instructions.

1. Submit a request

Email info@calycks.co.uk with the subject Rudood data deletion request. Include enough information for us to locate the correct account and connected business asset:

  • the email address used for the Rudood account;
  • the business name;
  • the connected channel, such as WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram;
  • the connected phone number, Page identifier or account identifier, if it is available.

Never send us a password, one-time password, access token, WhatsApp two-step-verification PIN, or other authentication secret.

2. What the request may cover

A verified request may cover deletion or disconnection of:

  • stored access tokens and webhook subscriptions;
  • connected Page, Instagram, WABA and phone-number identifiers;
  • stored conversations, attachments and temporary media or media metadata;
  • CRM records, orders, bookings, bot settings and business-specific AI configuration;
  • non-essential support, audit and application logs linked to the account.

3. Verification and timing

We may ask for reasonable evidence that the requester controls the Rudood account or is authorised to act for the connected business asset. This protects business and customer data from unauthorised deletion.

Once verified, we promptly revoke applicable credentials and disconnect supported webhook subscriptions. We then complete deletion without undue delay, normally within 30 days. Limited records may be retained where a documented legal, tax, fraud-prevention or security obligation requires it.

4. What disconnection does not do

Disconnecting Rudood does not delete a WhatsApp Business Account, phone number, Facebook Page or Instagram account from Meta. The business continues to own and control those assets and must manage or delete them through the relevant Meta business tools.
